So is Dietrich of Tarnburg, of the high city of Tarnburg, some two hundred pasangs to the north and west of Hochburg, both substantially mountain fortresses, both in the more southern and civilized ranges of the Voltai, was well-known to the warriors of Gor. His name was almost a legend. It was he who had won the day on the fields of both Piedmont and Cardonicus, who had led the Forty Days March, relieving the siege of Talmont, who had effected the crossing of the Issus in 10,122 C.A., in the night evacuation of Keibel Hill, when I had been in Torvaldsland, and who had been the victor in the battles of Rovere, Kargash, Edgington, Teveh Pass, Gordon Heights, and the Plains of Sanchez. His campaigns were studied in all the war schools of the high cities. I knew him from scrolls I had studied years ago in Ko-ro-ba, and from volumes in my library in Port Kar, such as the commentaries of Minicius and the anonymous analyses of The Diaries, sometimes attributed to the military historian, Carl Commenius, of Argentum, rumored to have once been a mercenary himself.

Rules
and Regulations
One thing I
feel I need to mention first and foremost
This is an 18+
year old setting on AOL Gor
Enter at your
own risk
You have
entered an RP room that is modeled after a Gorean paga den. There
are a few, simple, if set in stone, rules that must be adhered
to. Your play is not being dictated, rather, we're just setting
up guidelines. If you can't play by them, we ask that you please
play elsewhere. Thank you, the mgmt.
Straight off
the bat.
1. Freewomen
do NOT belong here. They are not allowed, and entering your free
woman character means you understand the risks of being almost
absolutely branded and collared as a slave to the den. That would
include Panther girls, Talunas, raiders, mercenaries, urt girls,
etc., Free is free, until your char steps through that door.
2. Slaves. If you come inside uninvited, unowned, or unescorted, you run the risk of being branded and collared to the den. Random popping in just wouldn't happen, as a den makes its money from the slaves it owns, not from slaves owned by others.
3. Men. This is your playground. Slaves are here to please your character, bring them drink and food and be exquisitely beautiful and absolutely obedient. The slave who serves your character their drink is his for the night, until the den closes, for whatever is pleasing to him. Now that you know the good part, here is where it gets a bit tricky. We ask that you as a mun please respect the boundaries of the slave muns who play here. Bashing, trashing, and bullying in IMs, for them to do things, or if they make mistakes IC, is not accepted here. Correct the slave IC. That's where it belongs.
4. The slaves here are trained in a particular way. If your character demands that slaves serve in a different manner, please do not be offended, rather, inform the slave as to your characters preference, and the needed adjustments will be done. The slaves, while eager to please, need to know the preference, rather than guessing.
5. There are NPC guards in the den at all times. There are three of them, and they are played out by Seti and bala muns. Their names are Darak, Brok and Mellus. If you do not like playing with NPC's because they're not "real," please understand that they are necessary. What paga den would not have attendants and guards? They are lucrative businesses with property that can be stolen or damaged. On another note, they actually enhance the play, creating interaction when needed. It all comes down to imagination and creativity. Look beyond the list of names in the room, and beyond the box.
6. The whole point of a paga den is to be a place where men come to relax, have a good time, enjoy the women and all that come with them. That is the goal here. Have fun.
